The following amendment is hereby issued to the notifi cation II(2)/HWMP/460/2020 published at page No. 575 and 576 of

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 31, Part II—Section 2, dated 29.07.2020 issued under section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in respect of acquisition of lands for providing Project facilities such as construction of

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes, for formation of ‘36-Ullagaram Metro Station’ and having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring

226 Sq.mts to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of ‘36-Ullagaram Metro

Station’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Offi ce, and Taluk Offi ce – Sholinganallur and O/o. the District

Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during offi ce hours.

Highways purpose to wit to for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of L.C.14 at Railway KM-47/14-16 near Veppampattu

Railway Station at Veppambattu Village, Tiruvallur Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer,

Highways Department C.M.D.P. Division-2, Chennai-15. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of

the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 21 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3502 Sq.mtrs. to the same,

a little more or less needed Highways purpose, for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of L.C.14 at Railway KM-47/14-16

near Veppampattu Railway Station

The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Land Acquisition Offi cer and the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA),

Junction in Keelaveeraragavapuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Deputy General Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

14702 Sq. mtrs. of Ryotwari Wet & Ryotwari Manai lands in Ward - AK, Block – 2, T.S.No.6/5 and etc. to the same, a little more

or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil

Junction in Sengulam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Deputy General Manager,

Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent

of 22697 Sq.mtrs. of Dry lands in S.No. 1/1A and etc.to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for

the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Sengulam Village,

Palayamkottai Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the LAO/DRO, Tirunelveli and in the Offi ce of Special Tahsildar (LA - RVNL),

Tirunelveli, Unit-I may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction

in Thandaiyarkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Deputy General Manager,

Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring

an extent of 1626 Sq.mtrs of Dry lands in S.No. 646/5A and etc.to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose

wit, for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Thandaiyarkulam

Village, Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Tirunelveli and in the offi ce of the Special

Tahsildar (LA), Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction, Unit-2,

Nanguneri may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
