NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purposes, for formation of ‘20-Thousand Lights Metro Station’ and having already been decided that the entire
amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The
following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 703 Sq.mt.
to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of ‘20-Thousand Lights Metro Station’.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Office, Taluk Office Mylapore and Office of The Special District
Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for Highways purpose to wit to for the provision of Interchange facility to the Chennai Outer Ring Road
at Vijayanallur Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief
Engineer, (C&M) Highways Department, Chennai-25. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of
Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the dry lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of
50 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, for the provision of Interchange facility to
the Chennai Outer Ring Road.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer, (LA), Chennai Metropolitan
Development Authority, Outer Ring Road, Chennai-107 may be inspected on any time during office hours.

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for the purpose for Construction of Elevated Highway along Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City from Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km
147/100 km – 157/200 (SHU-52) in Coimbatore District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation
to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways),
Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600015 and having considered the cause shown by the
owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under Sub
Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under Sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1860.20 sq.mtr. of R.Dry lands
required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for Construction of Elevated Highway along
Avinashi Road in Coimbatore City form Goldwins to Uppilipalayam km 147/100 km – 157/200 (SHU-52) Coimbatore North Taluk,
Coimbatore District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Coimbatore District and
may be inspected on any day during office hours.
