and as per the orders of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in Item No. 92/21 R.C.No.3500/03/B6 Chen dt. 29.09.2021,

the following amendment made in Column No.13(a), 21 and 22 of the Revised Proforma Report pertaining to

Arundale Street Pallivasal, Mylapore, Chennai District.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, the

Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution Item No. 89/22 dated: 11.05.2022 has ordered to take over the

Management of MASJID E FARKUNDA, MOSQUE STREET, MEENAKSHIPET, ROYAPURAM, CHENNAI

(G S No. 200/CHEN), CHENNAI DISTRICT under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board and to

appoint the Superintendent of Waqfs, Chennai as its Executive Oﬃ cer.
