ORGANIZATION UNDER THE DAM SAFETY ACT, 2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Dam Safety Act, 2021 (Central Act 41 of 2021),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes the State Committee on Dam Safety with the following members for the purposes

of the Act, namely :-

1.

The Engineer-in-Chief and Chief Engineer (General), Water Resources Department,

Chennai

Chairperson,

ex-officio.

2.

The Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, State Dam Safety Organisation.
