NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT, 34 OF 2002), READ
WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are to be
acquired under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity
from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 114+844 Km. to 115+127 Km.) at No. 34. Royalpattu Village, Tiruporur
Taluk, Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded
for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having
considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be,
do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and
Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002), read
with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby notifies that Wet lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 18,777 Sqr.Mtrs.
of wet patta lands in S.No.1/3B2 etc., in No. 34. Royalpattu Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the same a
little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram
(from 114 + 844 Km. to 115 + 127) as Part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Highways Department.
The Plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai
Peripheral Ring Road Project, SIDCO Branch Office Complex, Ground Floor, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai – 58
and may be inspected at any day during the office hours.
