NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE
TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS. (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for highways purpose to wit to for the formation of road widening of six-lane from four-lane from Thirunindravur to Padi in
Chennai – Tiruthani – Renigunda Road and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded
for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction and Maintenance),
Highways Department The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001.

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001. (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 6938 sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or
less needed for industrial purpose wit for the formation of road widening of six-lane from four-lane from Thirunindravur to Padi
in Chennai – Tiruthani – Renigunda Road.
The plan of lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer(LA), Chennai - Tiruttani – Renigunda Road
Widening Project, Avadi, Chennai-54 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar, (LA), CTRRP, Avadi may be inspected at any
time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purposes to wit for the formation of 4th line between Korukkupet and Ennore Railway station and it having already
been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or
managed by the Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 960 Sq.mt
to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, for 4th line between Korukkupet and Ennore Railway station
under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Chennai Taluk Offices – Thiruvottiyur and Revenue
Divisional Officer, North Chennai Revenue Division, Tondiarpet may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine-I, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and having already been
decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the
Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 2.49.50
Hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine –I of Neyveli Lignite
Corporation India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Special Deputy Collector / Land Acquisition Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at
during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for
industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction
in Rajakkalmangalam Part-II Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General
Manager, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of
Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of
23749 Sq.mtrs of Wet & Dry lands in S.No.397/1A and etc. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Rajakkalmangalam
Part-II Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offices of The District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli and the Special Tahsildar (L.A),
Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction Unit-2, Nanguneri, may
be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for
industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction
in South Valliyoor Part-I Village, Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General
Manager, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of
Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of
19863 Sq.mtrs of Wet & Dry lands in S.No.906/9A and etc. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in South Valliyoor
Part-I Village, Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
The plans of the lands are kept in the office of The District Revenue Office, Tirunelveli and in the office of The Special
Tahsildar (L.A), doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction, Unit-2, Nanguneri, may
be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for
industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction
in Thalapathisamudram Part-I Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General
Manager, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of
Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of
11538 Sq.mtrs of Dry & Wet lands in S.No.852/1B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,
for the formation of doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Thalapathisamudram
Part-I Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offices of The District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli and the Special Tahsildar (L.A),
Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction Unit-II, Nanguneri, may
be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for the purpose for construction of Road Over Bridge at km 1/6 of Sirudaiyur – Sengaraiyur road in lieu of LC 226 situated
between Kattur and Lalkudi Railway Stations in Tiruchirappalli District and it have already been decided that the entire amount
of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer
(Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600 015 and having considered the cause
shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice
under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 7623 sq.mtrs. of R.Dry, R.Wet and
R.Manai lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for Construction of Road Over Bridge
at Km 1/6 of Sirudaiyur – Sengaraiyur road in LC 226 situated between Kattur and Lalkudi Railway Stations in Manakkal (West)
Village, Lalkudi Taluk of Tiruchirappalli District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Tiruchirappalli District
and may be inspected on any day during office hours

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for
Highways purpose to wit to the improvement of road connecting Coimbatore Airport with Mettupalayam (via) Kovilapalayam –
SITRA, Kurumbampalayam in 0/0 to 8/6 km in Phase – I in Coimbatore District and it having already been decided that the
amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional
Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and Maintenance) Coimbatore. The following notice is issued under sub-section
(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3.05.45 hectares of dry lands
to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit to the improvement of road connecting Coimbatore Airport
with Mettupalayam (via) Kovilapalayam–SITRA, Kurumbampalayam in 0/0 to 8/6 in Phase–I.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Land Acquisition Officer and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore may
be inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land / lands specified in the Schedule below has / have
to be acquired for industrial purposes, for formation of 42 Medavakkam I Metro Station’ and having already been decided
that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is / are to be paid out of the funds managed by the
Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land
for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act
10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 1218
Sq.mtr to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of 42 Medavakkam I Metro
Station.
The plans of the lands are kept in the Chengalpattu Collector’s Office, Taluk Office –Tambaram and Office of the District
Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

Broad–Gauge Railway line from Magnesite to Karuppur in Mangkuppai and Vellakkalpatty Villages, Omalur Taluk, Salem District,
and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of
the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General Manager, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-
section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

Special Tahsildar, Omalur – Mettur Dam Double Line Broad Gauge Railway Track, Collectorate Campus, Salem and may be
inspected at any time during office hours.
