Thiru. M. Thandavan, District Judge, functioning as Special

District Judge, Special District Court to deal with MCOP cases,

Salem, from the said post and post him as Judge, Commercial

Court (District Judge) at Salem, in the newly sanctioned Court,

to be inaugurated on 03.07.2022. He has requested necessary

orders of the Government to that effect.

2. The Government, after careful examination accept

the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras.

Accordingly, the Government appoint Thiru. M. Thandavan,

Special District Judge, Special District Court to deal with MCOP

cases, Salem, on transfer as Judge in Commercial Court

(District Judge) at Salem in the newly sanctioned Court.
