NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND

VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai – Thoothukkudi in Maravankulam Village,

Thirumangalam Taluk of Madurai District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by General Manager (Scheme – II), RVNL. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent

of 8892 Sq.mtrs. of Wet, Dry and Ryot Manai land in S.No. 79/3C and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for

Industrial purpose wit, for the doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai – Thoothukkudi in Maravankulam Village,

Thirumangalam Taluk of Madurai District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the District Collector, Madurai may be inspected on any day during

offi ce hours.

industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and

Nagercoil Junction in Alaganeri Village, Tirunelveli Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Deputy General

Manager, Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 2322 Sq.mtrs of Dry & Manai lands in Ward C, Block 4 & 6, T.S.No.14/2 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed

for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and

Nagercoil Junction in Alaganeri Village, Tirunelveli Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of The District Revenue Offi cer, Tirunelveli and in the offi ce of The Special

Tahsildar (LA-RVNL), Unit-1, Tirunelveli, may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet, Dry lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3483.5 Sq.mtrs.,

to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, for the Construction of Grade Separator at the Junction

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes to wit to form ‛Kaliamman Koil Street Widening’ and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chennai Metro

Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 14416.5

Sq.mts. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, for ‛Kaliamman Koil Street Widening’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Chennai Collector, Taluk Offi ces – Aminjikarai, Mambalam and District

Revenue Offi cer, Koyambedu, Chennai may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
