FORM OF NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF

LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION

LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to

be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to Establishment of Solar Power Plant and it having already been

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by the Managing Director SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of

Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the

Schedule below measuring an extent of 10.3650 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for

industrial purpose wit, for Establishment of Solar Power Plant. The plan of the lands are kept in the office

of the LAO and SDRO (LA), SIPCOT, Tirunelveli, Establishment of Solar Power Plant Scheme and Special

Tahsildar (LA) Unit 03, Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The following errata is hereby issued to Notification No. II(2)/TRA/294(I-1)/2018 published at page No.1 to 9 of Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette No. 116, Part II--Section 2, dated 26.03.2018 issued under Section 3 (1) of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) in connection with the formation of Fourth Railway Line from

Korukkupettai to Ennore Railway Station at Chennai District, Tiruvottiyur Taluk, Tiruvottiyur and Ernavoor Villages, the following

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes, for the formation of Corridor – 4 - ‘Cut & Cover Ramp (Meenakshi College)’ and has already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the

Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

172.Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Corridor – 4 - ‘Cut &

Cover Ramp (Meenakshi College)’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chennai Collector’s Office, Taluk Office–Egmore and Office of the Special District

Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,Chennai which may be inspected at any time during office hours.
