APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSION OF INQUIRY TO INQUIRE INTO THE DEMISE OF THE LATE HON'BLE

CHIEF MINISTER OF TAMIL NADU SELVI J JAYALALITHAA ON 5TH DECEMBER 2016 TO EXTENSION OF THE

PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY FROM 4TH AUGUST 2022 TO 24TH AUGUST 2022 UNDER THE

COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ACT.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952

(Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public (S.C.) Department

Notification No. ll(2)/PUSC/793(g)/2017, published at page 1 of Part ll—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

Extraordinary, dated the 25th September 2017, as subsequently amended.

Amendment

In the said Notification, in paragraph 3, for the expression “fifty eight months and 10 days”, the expression

“fifty nine months”, shall be substituted.
