Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of power conferred by sub – section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971

(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and Powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development

(4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2

Dated: 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in

G.O (2D) No.303 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 09.12.2020 subject to conditions, the following

variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Pollachi Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in

the G.O.Ms.No.11 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 13.01.2022 notification No.II(2) HOU)/4377/94 at Page

No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Pollachi Master plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Pollachi

Local Planning Area, under heading in Pollachi Village, Page No.384, the following entries Town Survey Ward No – H, Block

No – 16, Town Survey No:20/2A2- Should be made.

Under the heading “Residential, the expression Town Survey Ward No – H, Block No – 16, Town Survey No:20/2A2-

shall be added after the entry S.No.7

Under the Heading Public and Semi Public use zone, the following S.Nos.1 to 6, 8, 9 shall be deleted and the expression

S.No. 1 to 5,6 (except Town Survey Ward No – H, Block No – 16, Town Survey No:20/2A2- shall be substituted.

Variations to the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area

(Roc.No.673/2022/TD/TLPA)

No. VI(1)/338/2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971

(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Mixed Residential use zone into General Industrial use zone ordered

in G.O.(2D).No.74 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU1)] Department dated 14.03.2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred vide G.O(Ms)No.102, Housing and Urban Development Department [UD4(L.Re-1)]

dated 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Tiruppur Local Planning Area which was review

approved under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.280 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006 and in notification

No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II-section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the said Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in MANGALAM Village at

page S-68, with regard to S.F.No. 370, 372/2, 373 the following entries should be made;

(i) Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry "GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE (GI)", the expression

"NIL" shall be deleted and the expression 370/2, 370/3, 370/4, 370/5, 370/6, 370/ 7A, 370/7B, 372/2B, 372/2C, 373/2 & 373/3"

shall be substituted.

(ii) Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR-44)", the

expression "368 to 370", "372/2" and "373" shall be deleted and the expression "368 to 369, all the sub divisions of 370 except

370/(2,3,4,5,6,7A,7B), all the subdivisions of 372/2 except 372/(2B & 2C). all the subdivisions of 373 except 373/ (2 & 3)"

shall be substituted.
