Amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Employment and Training Service.

No. SRO B-45/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Employment and

Training Service (Section 9A in Volume-II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 2016).

In the said Special Rules:-

(1) in rule 2, in Clause (a), in the Table, the third proviso in column (2) against the entries, "Principal, Industrial Training

Institue and Assistant Director of Training" in column (1) thereof, shall be omitted;

(2) the rule 10 shall be omitted.
