undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the

ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt

with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

(2) against the entry "Educational (Institutional)", the expression "56/1, 56/2, 56/3, 57/2, 58/1, 58/2, 60 and 61/3"

shall be added.

Conditions:

The existing college building should satisfy the Development Control Rules.

Since, the channel is running on the northern of the boundary NOC shall be obtained from competent authority

and also should be satisfy the conditions laid by the competent authority.
