Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions Employees (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020.

No. SRO A-17/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xxiii) of sub-section (2) of Section 116 of the

Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions Employees (Conditions of Service)

Rules, 2020:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග

In the said Rules, in rule 7, for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-

“Age.- No person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to the posts for which there is a provision

for direct recruitment unless he has completed eighteen years of age but has not completed forty-five years of age on the

first day of July of the year in which the vacancy is notified.”.
