Amendment to the Notification under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 69, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 19th August 2022,

No. II(1)/HOPE/37/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended:-

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading ''UNCLASSIFIED BRANDS'',

under the sub-heading "Thiruvalargal Cumbum Valley Winery Private Limited'', the entry ''Red Sea Ruby Fortifi ed Wine''

shall be omitted.
