In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 12 (1) and (3) of Thiruvalluvar University Act 2002, the

Hon’ble Governor–Chancellor hereby appoints Dr. T. Arumugam, Professor and Head, Department of Horticulture,

Agricultural College and Research Institute, Killikulam, Vallanadu, Thoothukudi District as Vice-Chancellor, Thiruvalluvar

University, Vellore for a period of three years with eff ect from the date of his assuming offi ce.
