for the Certain Period under the Employees’ State

Insurance Act.

No.II(2)/LWSD/758/2022.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the

Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV

of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts

M/s.Sivagangai District Co-operative Milk Producers Union

Limited, Karaikudi from the operation of the said Act for the

further period of one year from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following

conditions, namely:-

(a) The aforesaid Management wherein the employees

employed shall maintain a Register showing

the names and designations of the exempted

employees.

(b) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees

shall continue to receive such benefits under

the said Act to which they might have become

entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid

prior to the date from which exemption granted

by this Notification operates.

(2) The employer of the said management shall

submit in respect of the period during which that

management was subject to the operation of the

said Act (hereinafter referred to as “the said period”)

returns, in such form and containing such particulars as

were due from it in respect of the said period under the

Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the

Corporation under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the said

Act, or other official authorised in this behalf shall, for the

purpose of,-

(i) verifying the particulars contained in any return

submitted under sub-section (1) of Section 44 of

the said Act for the said period; or

(ii) ascertaining whether registers and records were

maintained as required by the Employees State

Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950 for the said

period; or

(iii) ascertaining whether the employees continue to be

entitled to the benefits provided by the employer in

cash and in kind, being benefits in consideration of

which exemption is being granted under this

Notification; or

(iv) ascertaining whether any of the provisions of the said

Act had been complied with during the period when

such provisions were in force in relation to the said

workshops and stores be empowered to,-

(a) require the principal or immediate employer

to furnish to him such information as he may

consider necessary; or

(b) enter any management, office or other

premises occupied by such principal or

immediate employer at any reasonable time

and require any person found in charge

thereof to produce to such Social Security Officer

or other official and allow him to examine such

documents, books and other documents relating

to the employment of persons and payment of

wages or to furnish to him such information as

he may consider necessary; or

employer, his agent or servant, or any

person found in such management office

or other premises, or any person when the

said Social Security Officer or other official has

reasonable cause to believe to have been an

employee; or

(d) make copies of or take extracts from any register,

account book or other document maintained

in such management office or other premises.

price என்ற ச�ொற்களுக்கு பின் indices என்ற வாரத்தை

விடுபட்டுள்ளது.

No.II(2)/FIN/764/2022.— In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu

Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of

1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares to engage

the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development

Consultancy Services Private Limited (NABCONS) as

“Consultants” for setting up and operationalizing of a

“NABARD Project Monitoring Unit” in Finance Department to

actively follow up proposals pending with NABARD projects.

conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882

(Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land

within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below as

reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest

Settlement), Dindigul ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement

Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said

North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of

runs towards southeast along the southwestern boundary

of Survey Number 2 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village

and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 2, 3

and 597 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards

southwest, southeast and south along the western

boundary of Survey Numbers 3, 5, 6, 7,4 and 8 of No.52,

Velayuthampalayam Village and it reaches the junction

point of Survey Numbers 8, 10, 11 and 597 of No.52,

Velayuthampalayam Village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards

southwest along the northern boundary of Survey Numbers

11, 12 and 13 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and it

reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 13, 596 and

597 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and Pannamalai

Reserved Forest.

West.- Thence, the boundary runs towards north along

the eastern boundary of Pannamalai Reserved Forest and

reaches the starting point.
