In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)]
Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2,
dated 15-07-2009.
Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2ப) No.176, Housing
and Urban Development [UD4(C.L.U-1.)] Department dated 14.07.2022. The following variations are made to the Master Plan
of Approved Madurai New Town and Development Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.22 Housing
and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 22.01.1999 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7,
Part Il—Section 2, Page 84, dated 03.03.1999.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in Part II “LAND USE SCHEDULE” in K.Puliyankulam Panchayat, K.Puliyankulam Village of
Thirumangalam Panchayat Union, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI. Agricultural use zone to
I. Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.F.Nos: 187/8A2, 187/8B2,189/1A, 189/1B, 190/3A, 190/3B, 190/5 shall be
deleted.
Against the entry I. Residential use zone S.F.Nos: 187/8A2, 187/8B2,189/1A, 189/1B, 190/3A, 190/3B, 190/5 shall be added.

Under the heading “Residential Dry’ use zone the expression S.Nos. 151/1A1A, 151/1A1B, 151/1A1C, 151/1A1D shall
be added after the entry 137.
Under the heading “Agricultural dry” use zone, the expression S.Nos. 138 to 156 shall be deleted and the expression
138 to 150, 151 (Except 151/1A1A, 1A1B, 1A1C, 1A1D) 152 to 156 shall be substituted.

(Kunnathur Village)
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore
Local Planning Area, under heading in Kunnattur Village in page No. 384 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential’ use zone the expression S.Nos. 167/1A, 167/1B, 167/1C, 167/2, 167/3A, 167/4A1 &
169/1F shall be added after the entry 152.
Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone, the expression S.Nos.164 to 176 shall be deleted and the expression
164 to 166, 167 (Except 167/1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 3A, 4A1 ) 168, 169 (Except 169/1F) 170 to 176 shall be substituted.

Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Kondayampalayam Village in pages 314, 315 the following entries
should be made.
Under the heading “Residential’ use zone the expression S.Nos. 225, 226/1 and 219/3B shall be added after the
entry 107.
Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone, the expression S.Nos. 211 to 227 shall be deleted and the expression
211 to 224, 226 (Except 226/1), 227 shall be substituted.

Conduct of the Election

In accordance with rule 17 of the rules for the conduct of the subsequent elections to the Tamil Nadu Medical Council,
Chennai, under clause (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Madras Medical Registration Act, 1914 (Act IV of 1914) as
amended by the Madras Medical Registration (Amendment Act, 1938), an election of Seven members of the Council will
have to be held in the month of January / February 2023.

All Registered Medical Practitioners registered upto 30-06-2022 as published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
dated 14-09-2022, will be eligible to vote for this election.

Any representation / omission / deletion in the Electoral Roll are to be preferred “In Person” to the Registrar-cum-Returning
Officer on any working days between 3 PM to 5 PM on or before 07-10-2022 at the Office of:
