GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

Variation to the Review Approved Master Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential Use Zone is ordered vide

G.O. (2Pa) No: 185, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated 26.07.2022.

In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(Ms) No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department

dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review

approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 01.11.2010

and in Notification No. II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

dated 24.11.2010.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Kadapparai Village at

Page Nos : 101 & 102, with regard S.F.Nos : 162/19B & 163/16B, the following entries should be made;

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression 162/19B &

163/16B, shall be inserted before the expression 170pt.

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “161 to 163” shall be

deleted and the expression “161, All sub divisions of 162 except 162/19B and all the sub division of 163 except 163/16B”

shall be substituted.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban

Development (4-1) Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27,

Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from PUBLIC & SEMI PUBLIC use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in

G.O. (2D) 196 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 04.08.2022 subject to conditions, the following

variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Coimbatore Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published

in the G.O.Ms.No.661 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at

Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore

Local Planning Area in Kalapatti village under heading Kalapatti D.D.Plan No.6 page 217 the following S.Nos. 115/3B2A3

entry should be made.

Under the heading “Residential” use zone the following S.Nos. 115/3B2A3 add as first entry.

Under the heading “Public & Semi Public use zone S.No. 115pt shall be deleted and the following S.F.No.115pt (Except

115/3B2A3) shall be substituted.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government Order Ms.No. 94, Housing

and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27,

Part II—Section 2, in Page No. 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local

Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification

at page No. 879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 11th October 1995.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Villar Village

(Soorakottai)"

(i) Against the "Agricultural Irrigate Dry use zone (AGID)" for the expression S.F.No.365, 367, 368 the expression

365pt, 367pt, 368pt shall be added

(ii) Against the "RESIDENTIAL USE (MR12) "the expression 365/1B, 367/1A2, 367/1B, 367/1C, 367/1D, 368/1A,

368/1C shall be added.

(iii) Against the "RESIDENTIAL USE (MR12) "the expression 365/1B, 367/1A2, 367/1B, 367/1C, 367/1D, 368/1A,

368/1C after the 206 part.

Condition:

I. As Low tide lire passes through tie site, No objection Certificate has to be obtained from TANGEDCO as per

Rule No. 19 of TNCDBR 2019.

2. As there is a channel on the South and East side of the site, No objection Certificate has to be obtained from

Concerned Department. Necessary guidelines has to be followed with regard to the development near the water body. .

3. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCDBR 2019.

the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes K.V.Kuppam in Vellore District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial

Magistrate Court, K.V.Kuppam, shall be located.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the

High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Vellore District, District Munsif Court, Katpadi, shall cease to have local jurisdiction

over the entire K.V.Kuppam Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, K.V.Kuppam shall have and exercise

local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of K.V.Kuppam with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial

Magistrate, K.V.Kuppam assumes charge of that Court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, K.V.Kuppam in

Vellore District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts

Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted

from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local

limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, K.V.Kuppam assumes

charge of that Court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the

High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, K.V.Kuppam, shall have and exercise

jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable

by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date on

which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, K.V.Kuppam, assumes charge of that Court.

High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Anaicut in Vellore District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate

Court, Anaicut, shall be located.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873)

the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Vellore District, the Principal District Munsif Court and the Additional District

Munsif Court, Vellore, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Anaicut Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial

Magistrate Court, Anaicut shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Anaicut with effect from the date

on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Anaicut assumes charge of that Court.

High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Anaicut, shall have and exercise jurisdiction

of a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court

of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date on which the
