NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 READ

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the expansion of Cheyyar Industrial Complex by SIPCOT in 95.Chozhavaram Village, Vembakkam

Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued

under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of

1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

800 Sq.mtrs. of Dry land in S.No.417/5B to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the expansion of

Cheyyar Industrial Complex by SIPCOT in 95.Chozhavaram Village, Vembakkam Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District.

The plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit– 3, SIPCOT Cheyyar Expansion Scheme,

Cheyyar may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Nagercoil Junction in Theroor Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided

the Deputy General Manager, RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit for the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Nagercoil to Eraniel in Alloor ‘A’

Village, Kalkulam Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railways. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 4770 Sq.mtrs of Wet lands in S.No.155/5A and etc.,to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit,

for the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Nagercoil to Eraniel in Alloor ‘A’ Village, Kalkulam Taluk

in the District of Kanniyakumari .

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Collector, Kanniyakumari may be inspected on any day during office

hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine-II, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and has already

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by

the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

5.28.00 Hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine –II of

Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Special Deputy Collector / Land Acquisition Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at

during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for Highways purpose to wit for the construction of Tirupattur By-Pass Road at Rachamangalam Village, Tirupattur Taluk in

the District of Tirupattur, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Tirupattur. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent 68336 Sq.Mtrs. of Dry and

Wet Lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit, for the purpose for the construction of

Tirupattur By-Pass Road comprised in S.Nos.54/3 and etc., at Rachamangalam Village, Tirupattur Taluk of Tirupattur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer(LA), Tirupattur may be inspected on any

day during office hours.
