AS SPECIAL OFFICER EXTENSION FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD UNDER THE TAMIL NADU SOCIETIES REGISTRATION

ACT, 1975

In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 34-A of the Tamil Nadu Societies

Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby extends the term of Selvi. K. Sunitha,

formerly District Registrar, Thenkasi and now District Registrar, Office of the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai-28,

as Special Officer to “தேவர் எஜுகேஷனல் ச@ொசைட்டி, மேலநீலிதநல்லூர்” (Reg.No.78/1971), Thenkasi, appointed in

G.O.(Ms).No.139, Commercial Taxes and Registration (M1) Department, dated 14.10.2021 for a further period of one year

from 14.10.2022 to 13.10.2023 to manage the affairs of the said society.
