NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE
TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for
Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from Km 7+900 to Km 9+070) at
No.139, Kalpakkam (Block-III) Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department.
The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet patta lands specified in the schedule 0.42.95 Hectares / 4,295 Sq.Mtrs. to the same,
a little more or less needed for the purpose to with for formation of road for providing road connectivity from Ennore Port to
Mahabalipuram (from Km 7+900 to km 9+070 ) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, by Highways Department.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral
Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring
Road Project, Unit-I, Ponneri and may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

Km.) at No.140, Neithavoyal-I &II (Block-VII) Village Ponneri Taluk - Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the
entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways
Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu
Act 34/2002).
NOTICE

Sq.Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to with for formation of road for providing road connectivity
