AMENDMENTS TO THE TAMIL NADU BUSINESS FACILITATION RULES, 2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation
Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 7 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments
to the Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Rules, 2017, namely:-
Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖගඛ.
In the said Rules,-
(1) in rule 13, for the expression “and S.No.2.5.78”, the expression “S.No.2.5.78 and S.No.2.5.135”
shall be substituted;
(2) in ANNEXURE 2, under the heading “2.5 Other Clearances and Renewals”, in the tabular columns,—
(i) against S.no.2.5.11 in the fi rst column, for the entry in the fourth column, the following entry
shall be substituted, namely:—
“To be issued automatically and instantly online on Single Window Portal upon payment
of renewal fee.”;
(ii) against S.no.2.5.13 in the fi rst column, for the entry in the fourth column, the following entry
shall be substituted, namely:—
“To be issued automatically and instantly online on Single Window Portal upon payment
of renewal fee.”;
(iii) against S.no.2.5.61 in the fi rst column, in the entry in the second column, for the expression
“Absolute alcohol”, the expression “Neutral sprit” shall be substituted;

(iv) against S.no.2.5.62 in the fi rst column, in the entry in the second column, for the expression “Absolute alcohol”,
the expression “Neutral sprit” shall be substituted;
(v) after serial number 2.5.128 in the fi rst column and the entries relating thereto in the second, third and fourth
columns the following serial numbers and entries shall, respectively, be added, namely:—
