Tamil Nadu Acts and Ordinances
1. This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Appropriation [No. 6] Act, 2022.
2. The State Government may appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the
services and purposes of the financial year which commenced on the 1st day of April 2022, a further
sum not exceeding Three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Crores Seventy-One Lakhs
Seventy-Three Thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet-
the supplementary grants made by the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly for that year,
as set forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and

Republic of India as follows:-

the assent of the Governor on the 4th November 2022 and is hereby
published for general information:—
ACT No. 42 OF 2022.
An Act to provide for the appropriation of certain further moneys out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State for the services and purposes of the
financial year which commenced on the 1st day of April 2022.
