NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001, READ

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS. (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from Km 17+810 to

Km 19+840) at No.76. Thatchur-II (Block-II) Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the

Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Dry and Manavari Patta lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule 0.48.82 Hectare / 4882

Sq. Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to with for formation of road for providing road connectivity

from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from Km 17+810 to Km 19+840) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project,

by Highways Department.

The Plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral

Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring

Road Project, Unit-I, Ponneri and may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

NOTICE

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet, Dry and Manavari Patta lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule 0.38.42 Hectare / 3842 Sq.

Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to with for formation of road for providing road connectivity

from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from Km 9+070 to Km 11+930) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, by

Highways Department.
