Amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Fisheries Service.

Purattasi 27, Subakiruthu, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2053]

No. SRO B-52/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department,

Notification No. SRO B-16/2020, published at page 36 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

dated the 3rd June, 2020.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 3rd June, 2020.

Amendment

In the said Notification, in the preamble portion, in para 1, for the entries "(Section 14 of Tamil Nadu Service Manual

Volume II of 1987)", the entries "(Section 14 - Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 2016)" shall be substituted.
