Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O. No. 201,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 10.08.2022. The following variations are made to the Approved

Master Plan of Madurai Local, Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O. Ms. No. 122, Housing

and Urban Development [UD4] Department, dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995.

In the said Master Plan in Part II “LAND USE SCHEDULE” in Veerapandi Bit 2 Village of Madurai North Taluk and

Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be Made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Veerapandi Bit 2 Village R.S.No. 78/3, 78/5, 78/6, 78/7, 78/8, 78/9

(Survey No. 67/3) shall be deleted.

Against the entry ‘I ‘Residential use zone Veerapandi Bit 2 Village R.S.No. 78/3, 78/5, 78/6, 78/7, 78/8, 78/9

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone is ordered vide

G.O. (2pa) No. 205, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department, dated 10.08.2022.

In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O. Ms No. 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (L.Re-1)] Department,

dated 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review

approved under the said Act in G.O. Ms. No. 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (2)] Department, dated 01.11.2010

and in Notifi cation No.II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

dated 24.11.2010.

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Aachimangalam Village

at Page Nos. 81, with regard S.F.No. 119/3, the following entries should be made;

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential – MR, the expression 119/3 shall be

added before the expression 154pt.

Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agriculture, the expression “117 to 120” shall be

deleted and the expression “117 & 118 all sub divisions of “119 expect 119/3, 120” shall be substituted.

Under the New heading Institutional use zone the following expression Ward 1, Block 58, Old T.S.No.3705pt.

(New T.S.No.65/1=557.41 Sq.m) shall be added.

Under the heading Water bodies use zone instead of the expression “Ward 1, j Block 58 Old T.S.No.3705pt

(except New T.S.No.65/1=557.41 Sq.m) shall be substituted.

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the above said 13 I.A.S. Probationers of 2021 Batch to be the

Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from 07.11.2022 to 30.07.2023. The powers may

be withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates concerned and

confer upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable

and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
