In exercise of the powers conferred under the fi rst proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby makes the following amendments to the Industries Department’s Notifi cation No.II(2)/IND/534(a)/2020,

published at page 1 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the

2nd September 2020.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖගඛ.

In the said Notifi cation, in the Schedule,—

(1) in the third column, against the entry “14/1” in the fi rst column, for the entry “2.74.0”, the entry “1.82.0”

shall be substituted; and

(2) for the entry “3.13.0”, against the expression “Total” the entry “2.21.0” shall be substituted.
