NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15 (1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU

LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT, AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

No. VI(1)/532(b-1)/2022.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to

be acquired for Highways purposes to wit “Reconstruction of ROB at km 314/10 of Chennai - Trichy - Dindigul

Road (Old NH 45 Near Thiruvanaikoil) in lieu of existing old bridge No. 380A at Railway km 329/8-9 between

Tiruchirappalli and Srirangam Railway Stations” at Jembukeswaram & Thimmarayasamuthiram Villages,

in Srirangam Taluk of Tiruchirappalli District and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Special

District Revenue Officer (L.A & M), Tiruchirappalli. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent

of 3211 Sq.mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for “Reconstruction of

ROB at Km 314/10 of Chennai-Trichy-Dindigul Road (Old NH 45 Near Thiruvanaikoil) in lieu of existing

Old Bridge No. 380A at Railway Km 329/8-9 between Trichirappalli & Srirangam Railway Stations”.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A & M), Collectorate,

Tiruchirappalli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Director SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine-I, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and has already

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the

Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

4.63.50 Hect. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine–I of Neyveli

Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Special Deputy Collector / Land Acquisition, Neyveli-2 and may be inspected

at during office hours.
