Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Purposes Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in respect of the

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

Highways purposes to wit for the formation of I.T. Corridor Express (i.e) Phase II to extend to six-lane of Old Mahabalipuram

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an

extent of 00628 Sq.mtrs of wet lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit, for

the purpose for the formation of I.T. Corridor Express (i.e) Phase II to extend to six-lane of Old Mahabalipuram Road

comprised in S.Nos. 242/2A1B and etc., at Kalavakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk of Chengalpattu District.

of Coimbatore District and Coimbatore North Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Land

Acquisition Oﬃ cer. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

extent of 285 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways Purpose to wit for the Extension
