NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES

ACT, 1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION,

AMENDMENT, AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

No. VI(1)/559(a-1)/2022.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below

have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit to formation of Mine I - ‘Neyveli Lignite Corporation India

Limited’ and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in

the Schedule below and measuring 2.73.00 hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial

purposes, to wit, for the formation of Mine I - Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o Special Deputy Collector / Land Acquisition, Neyveli-2 and

may be inspected at during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specifiedin the Schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram to Dindigul in Pe Kollathankurichi

Village, Tittakudi Taluk of Cuddalore District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the RVNL Authorities. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land forIndustrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below

measuring an extent of 01800 Sq.mtrs of Dry land in S.No.55A/3, to the same, a little more or less needed for

Industrial purpose wit, for the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Villupuram

to Dindigul in Pe. Kollathankurichi Village, Tittakudi Taluk in the District of Cuddalore.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Collector, Cuddalore may be inspected on any day during

offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes, for the expansion of Mine II Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and its having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by

the Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

1.65.50 hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of the Mine II -

Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o Special District Revenue Offi cer

(Land Acquisition), Neyveli-2, and may be inspected during offi ce hours.
