INDUSTRIES, INVESTMENT PROMOTION AND COMMERCE DEPARTMENT

AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU MINOR MINERAL CONCESSION RULES, 1959.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (1A) of section 15 of the Mines and Minerals (Development

and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Rules, in rule 36. in sub-rule (1-A), in clause (e) for the expression “the National Parks, Wild Life Sanctuaries,

Tiger Reserves, Elephant Corridors and Reserve Forests”, the expression “the National Parks, Wild Life Sanctuaries,

Tiger Reserves and Elephant Corridors” shall be substituted.
