NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ

WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT, AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired

for highways purposes to wit, for the construction of the High-Level Bridge and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Special

District Revenue Oﬃ cer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring 00250 Sq.mtr. in S.No. 207/1C etc.,

of Arunkurugai Village, Thiruvennainallur Taluk in Villupuram District to the same a little more or less needed for highways

purposes to wit, for the construction of High-Level Bridge across the river Gedilam at Km 5/0 of Arunkurugai road at Km.59/40

of Cuddalore and Chittoor Road.

The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the oﬀ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (L.A), Chennai Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, No.74, Vijayaragavan Nagar, Jagir Ammapalayam, Salem-636302, and O/o the Special

Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition & Management), Highways, Villupuram functioning in the O/o the Superintending Engineer,

(Construction & Maintenance), Highways, Elischathiram Road, Vazhuthareddy, Villupuram may be inspected on any day

during oﬃ ce hours.

for highways purpose to wit, to Widening and strengthening Chennai Ennore Road and it has already been decided

that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA&M), Highways, Chennai – 600 001 and having considered the cause shown by the

owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under

Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 225.5 Sq.mtrs to the

same, a little more or less needed for the Highways purpose, to wit, for “Widening and Strengthening of Chennai – Ennore

Road at Thiruvotriyur”.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ cer of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA&M), Highways, Chennai may

be inspected on any day during Oﬃ cer hours.

for industrial purposes, to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Vanchi Maniyachi and Nagercoil in

Vadiweeswaram East Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the RVNL

authorities. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 88432 Sq.mtrs of Wet and Dry lands in S.No. 6/3A and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

purpose wit, for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Vanchi Maniyachi and Nagercoil in Vadiweeswaram East

Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk in the District of Kanniyakumari.

The plans of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Collector, Kanniyakumari which may be inspected on any time during

oﬃ ce hours.
