No. II(2)/CFCP/1003/2022.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 172 of the
Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act
30 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby authorises
the Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai
Region and the Regional Joint Registrars of Co-operative
Societies to exercise within their respective jurisdiction, the
powers vested in the Government by sub-section (7) of
section 33 of the said Act, for the purpose of appointing
Managing Directors to the Employees Co-operative Credit
Societies which have an annual turnover of not less than
Rupees Five Crores and continuously made profi t for not
less than three years as per the audited accounts, in the
cadre not higher than that of the Co-operative Sub-Registrar
of the Co-operative Department for a further period of one
year on and from the 9th November, 2022.

conferred by the first paragraph of Section 4 of the
Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby alters the number of
Subordinate judges to be appointed under the said Act
for Villupuram District as twelve with effect from the
date on which the Subordinate Judge, Sankarapuram
assumes charge of that Court.

judge’s Court at Kallakurichi shall cease to have jurisdiction
over the District Munsif Court, Sankarapuram and hereby fi xes
the local limits of the District Munsif Court, Sankarapuram
as the local limits of jurisdiction of the Subordinate judge’s
Court at Sankarapuram with eff ect from the date on which
the Subordinate Judge, Sankarapuram assumes charge of
that Court.

Villupuram shall cease to have original Jurisdiction
over the Principal District Munsif Court, I Additional
District Munsif Court and II Additional District Munsif
Court at Tirukoilur and hereby fi xes the local limits

which has been declared as such vide the Rural Development
