The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for

industrial purposes, to wit, for formation of alternate approach road for Tata Electronics Private Ltd by TIDCO and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by

the TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below and

measuring 0.07.69.Hec., (0.19 acres) to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for formation

of alternate approach road for Tata Electronics Private Ltd by TIDCO.

The plan of the lands is kept in the O/o District Collector, Krishnagiri which may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Landfor Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor ofTamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the schedule below measuringan

extent of 7637 Sq.mtrs., of Wet and Dry lands in S.No. 14/8C and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the schedule below to be acquired for

industrial purposes, to wit to the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tiruvananthapuram and Kanniyakumari

in Kottaram West Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern

Railway. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 3332 Sq.mtrs. of Dry and Wet lands in S.No. 474/2B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

purpose wit, for the Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tiruvananthapuram and Kanniyakumari in Kottaram West

Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk in the District of Kanniyakumari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Collector, Kanniyakumari which may be inspected on any day

during office hours.
