No. II(1)/AFW/1/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control)

Order, 1966, read with Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Aff airs, Food and Public

Distribution, Government of India, Extraordinary Notifi cation No.G.S.R.663 (E)/Ess.Com/ Sugarcane, published at pages 1-2 of

Part–II Section 3 (i) of the Gazette of India, dated the 22nd October 2020, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify the

Fair and Remunerative Price (FRP) for the Dharmapuri District Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., for the sugar season 2021-2022

is fi xed at Rs. 2929/- per Metric Tonne based on the average recovery of sugar (10.1%) of Subramaniya Siva Co-operative

Sugar Mills Limited for 2020-21 sugar season.
