Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned items of deposits above Rs.5/- in the
City Civil Court Chennai for the years 2013-2014 Under Deposit Accounts were kept as unclaimed
for more than 4 years that unless the parties entitled to them appear and claim them on or before
31st January 2023, those items of deposits will be lapsed and credited to Government Account
under Rule 54 of Section (1) and under Rule 119(d)(i) of section II of Civil Rule of Practice and
Circular Orders Volume II.
