ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below to be acquired for

the formation of Western By-pass Road in Tirunelveli District from NH 7 in Thalaiyuthu Village of Manur Taluk in Tirunelveli

District , and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer Highways Department. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 79049 Sq.mtrs to the same, a

little more or less needed for the formation of Western By-pass Road in Tirunelveli District from NH 7 in Thalaiyuthu Village

of Manur Taluk in Tirunelveli District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project, Tirunelveli functioning in Door No. B-39, 19th cross street, Maharaja Nagar, Palayamkottai – 627011 and

Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli functioning in the Highways

Assistant Divisional Engineer Office upstairs A.R.Line Road, Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during Office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below have to be

for the work of Construction of ROB at km 0/4 of Minjur – Kattur – Thriupalaivanam Road in lieu of existing LC.No.16

at Railways km 24/169-18 in between Nandiyambakkam and Minjur Railway Station and it have already been decided that

the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Highways, Chennai – 600 001 and having considered the cause shown by the

owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under

Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3008 Sq.mtrs to the

same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for the work of Construction of ROB at km 0/4 of Minjur –

Kattur – Thriupalaivanam Road in lieu of existing LC.No.16 at Railways km 24/169-18 in between Nandiyambakkam and

Minjur Railways Station.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), Highways,

Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has already been satisﬁed that the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below

have to be acquired for the Construction of High-Level Bridge across the Coovum River at Km 14/4 of Mount – Poonamalle –

Avadi Road to Paruthipattu under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project in Thiruverkadu Village Poonamalle Taluk,

Tiruvallur District and it have already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), CMDP, Division – 5, Chennai - 18 after having

considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby

publish the following notice under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 267.5 sq. mtrs of Natham

House Site lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to wit,

for Construction of High-Level Bridge across Coovum River at Km 14/4 of Mount – Poonamalle – Avadi Road to Paruthipattu

in Thiruverkadu Village Poonamalle Taluk, Tiruvallur District

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai Outer Ring

Road, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Koyambedu, Chennai – 107 may be inspected on any day during office

hours.
