The following Errata is hereby issued to the Notification sub-section (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 was published
in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.316, Part VI—Section 1, dated 02.06.2022 for the acquisition of lands in Veppampattu
(Perumalpattu) Village of Tiruvallur Taluk and District for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of LC.14 at Railway
Km 47/14-16 near Veppampattu Railway Station under Section 15(1) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act
34 of 2002) in respect of the acquisition of lands, the following Errata is issued to the above said notifi cation.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR
INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997
(LA-IV-1/3133152/2022)
No. VI(1)/51(b-2)/2023.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purposes, for the formation of Corridor - 04 ‘21–Porur Junction Metro Station' and it having already been decided
that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai
Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring
79 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Corridor 04
"21–Porur Junction Metro Station.”
The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,
Chennai which may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
