ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT, 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under

Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Vandavasi -

Polur Road from KM 95/350 to KM 98/200 at Modaiyur (Addl) Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and

managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Vandavasi (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the

owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued

under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notified that the Wet & N.Manai lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 83 sq.mtr.,

are acquired in Modaiyur (Addl) Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, to the same, a little more or less is needed

for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-115, Cheyyur-

Vandavasi-Polur Road from KM 95/350 to KM 98/200.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and Office of the Speical Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cheyyur in Chengalpattu District which may be inspected at any time

during the office hours.

- Polur Road from KM 104/500 to KM 106/246.
