Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act.

Cancellation of Notification

No. II(1)/AGFW/2/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby cancels the Agriculture Department's Notification No.II (1)/AGFW/31/2022, published at pages 50-66 of

Part II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 25th May 2022.
