CONSTITUTION OF A SUB COURT AT MUSIRI IN TIRUCHIRAPPALLI DISTRICT OF THE

TAMIL NADU CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1873.

In exercise of the powers conferred under the fi rst proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts

Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that appeals from the Decrees or

Orders of the District Munsif Court at Musiri and District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Thottiam

be preferred in the Court of Subordinate Judge, Musiri with eff ect from the date on which the Subordinate

Judge, Musiri assumes charge of that Court.
