NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND

ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land / lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for highways (Projects Division) purpose to wit, to construction of Road over bridge of Patchur – Kothur road in lieu of existing

LC No. 95 situated in the Village of Bandharapalli in Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land / lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed

by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Projects Division, Vellore-6. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 0.82.32 Hectares or

8232 Square Metres to the same, a little more or less needed for highways, Projects Division, purpose wit, for construction

of Road Over Bridge of Patchur – Kothur road in lieu of existing LC No.95.

The Plan of land / lands is / kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer, land acquisition and

Management, Vellore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

(SH-134) in Perumukkal Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Viluppuram District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by Chief Engineer,

Highways, (Construction & Maintenance), Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

NOTICE

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring 1.80.28 hectares to the same a

little more or less needed for the industrial purpose to wit for Widening from two lanes to four lanes from Tindivanam to

Marakkanam 0/0 - 16/0 Road (SH-134) in Perumukkal Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Viluppuram District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project, Salem, Plot No.74, Vijayaraghavan Nagar, Jahir Ammapalayam, Salem and in the O/o Special Tahsildar,

(Land Acquisition & Management), Highways, Viluppuram, functioning in the 1st ﬂoor of the Superintending Engineer,

(Construction & Maintenance), Highways Office, Vazhuthareddy, Viluppuram may be inspected on any day during office hours.

funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Project) Thanjavur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
