NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR

INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999).

WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS

No. II(2)/TRA/110(a-1)/2023.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from Acquisition of the Land / Lands specified

in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Commissioner

of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai-5 in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.585, dated. 08.12.2021 and the

Railway Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Chennai have also decided to withdraw the Acquisition Proceedings in their Letter

No.RVNL/DGM/MAS/MDU-TN/VPT/Land Acquisition/ Withdrawal, date 04.07.2022. Hence the below mentioned lands in

the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and physical of the Land / Lands which was not taken by

Government or on behalf of the Government.
