ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

[LA-VI(1)-3598067-2022]

No. VI(1)/100(c-1)/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for formation of Western Bypass Road in Tirunelveli District from NH-7 in Ramaianpatti Village of Tirunelveli District

and Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be

paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

112870 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for providing in Western Bypass Road in Tirunelveli District

from NH-7 in Ramaianpatti Village of Tirunelveli District and Taluk.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA) CKICP, Tirunelveli and

Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA&M), Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for highways purposes to wit for the formation of By-pass Road in Mayiladuthurai Town and it having already been

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or

managed by Divisional Engineer(H), Nabard and Rural Roads Nagapattinam. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

63208 Sq.mtrs of Wet, Dry and Manai lands in S.No. 23 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways

purpose wit for the formation of By-pass Road in Mayiladuthurai Town in Agarakeerankudy Village of Mayiladuthurai

Taluk and District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the LAO/ Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai - Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project may be inspected on any day during office hours.
