Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., Ind. No.23/MDS/2008, Chennai District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate

effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this

notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary,

Tirunelveli Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning

Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.

shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Ponnamaravathy Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate

Court, Ponnamaravathy shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Ponnamaravathy with effect from

the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy assumes charge of that Court.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 293,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM)] Department dated 25.11.2022, the following variation are made to the

Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and published in the

G.O.Ms.No.153 H&UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at Page No.481 of Part II — Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram

Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No.119 the following entries should be made

1. Thaiyur Village, Against the entry 1.Residential use Zone the following Survey Number shall be added S.No. 110/1C1,

110/1C2, 110/1D1, before the S.No. 144 to 160.

2. Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 94 to 109, 110

(Except. 110/1C1, 110/1C2, 110/1D1), 111 to 114 instead of Survey Number: 94 to 114.
