NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,

1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT

AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

No. VI(1)/147(a-1/2023.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have

to be acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of Corridor 4 - ‘23 –Theliyaragaram Metro Station’

(Old Ramachandra Hospital Metro Station)’ and has already decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act

1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in

the Schedule below and measuring 430 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial

purposes, to wit, for the formation of ‘23 – Theliyaragaram Metro Station’ (Old Ramachandra Hospital

Metro Station)

The plans of the lands are kept in the Chengalpattu Collector’s Office, Taluk Offi ce, Tambaram and Offi ce

of the District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected at any time

during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are to be

acquired for Highways purposes to wit for the formation of Widening of Poonamallee - Kundrathur - Pallavaram

Road (SH-113A) at Anagaputhur Village, Pallavaram Taluk in the District of Chengalpattu, and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and

managed by the Chief Engineer (General), Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent

11589 Sq.mtrs of Rayothwari/Dry lands, to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose to wit, for the

formation of Widending of Poonamallee - Kundrathur - Pallavaram Road (SH-113A) comprised in S.Nos. 69/1A2 and

etc., at Anagaputhur Village, Pallavaram Taluk of Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition) Kancheepuram

may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 4719 sq.mtrs of

Dry and Manavari lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways

purpose to wit, for the provision of a facility to Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction Improvement in

Morai I Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai

controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), NABARD and Rural Roads, Tenkasi.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the TamilNadu Highways Act, 2001
