LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below
have to be acquired for the purpose of Maduravoyal Valasaravakkam Road widening under the Chennai Metropolitan
Development Project and it have already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/
lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department,
Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in
the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil
Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 677 sq. mtrs
of Dry lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required for highways purpose to
wit, for the purpose of Maduravoyal Valasaravakkam Road widening under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project
in Maduravoyal and Porur Villages, Maduravoyal Taluk of Chennai District.
The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M),
Chennai may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Hospital to Mugalivakkam via Ramapuram and have already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded
for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department,
Chennai-600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an interest in the said lands,
as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE

R.Dry and N.Manai lands required for the purpose of Construction of Grade Separator at Junction of Mount – Poonamalle
Avadi Road from MIOT Hospital to Mugalivakkam via Ramapuram in Porur-I Village, Maduravoyal Taluk of Chennai District.

Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners
or other persons having an interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under
sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of ‘Corridor 5 Viaduct 3 Near Kovilambakkam’ and it has already been
decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds managed
by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE

Engineer, Highways Department, Chennai Metropolitan Development Project, Divisonal-II Chennai - 600 015 after
having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be
do hereby published. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways
Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
