of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes

the following amendment to the Co-operation, Food

Consumer

Department

Notification

No. II(2)/CFCP/779/2005, published at page 422 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

dated the 19th October, 2005:—

Amendment.

In the said Notification, in the table, in column (2)

under the heading “Powers”, for the entries in item (i),

against the entry “Co-operative Sub-Registrar” in column

(1) thereof, the following entries shall be substituted,

namely:-

“(i) In respect of any primary, central or apex

society, all the powers of a Registrar under Sections 72,

80, 87, 90, 118, 129, 143 and 144 subject to the condition

that the Co-operative Sub-Registrars shall so exercise

the powers under Section 87 in respect of monetary

cases involving a sum not exceeding Rs.2,00,000/-, under

Section 90 in respect of monetary cases involving a sum

not exceeding Rs.7,00,000/- and under Section 144 in

respect of monetary cases involving a sum not exceeding

Rs.1,00,000/-.”.

3. In the letter seventh read above, the Commissioner

for Welfare of the Differently Abled has considering the

request of Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar

Housing and Development Corporation Limited for

identification of the categories of disable for Differently

Abled Persons viz., LD (OA, OL), HH, DF, AC for the

post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Tamil Nadu Adi

Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation Limited,

she has requested to accommodate the above mentioned

categories of disabilities for the post of Assistant Engineer

(Civil) as identified in other departments.

4. After careful examination, the Government

decided to accept the request of the Commissioner for

Welfare of the Differently Abled and accommodate the

categories of Differently Abled Persons identified for
