NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU

LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have already been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to a facility of Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and

Junction Improvement and it has already been decided that the amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land/

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department,

Chennai - 600 025 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having an

interest in the said lands, as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub- section (1) of Section 15

of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

1683 sq. mtrs of Manavari lands required for Highways purpose i.e., to the same, a little more or less, required

for highways purpose to wit, for the provision of a facility to Chennai Outer Ring Road as Bus Bay and Junction

Improvement in Morai II Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai Outer

Ring Road, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Koyambedu, Chennai-107 may be inspected on any day

during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to

be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to Construction of Road Over Bridge at km 559/700-800 in lieu of existing

level crossing LC-424 in between Sivakasi-Thiruthangal Railway Stations and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief

Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of 8873.5

Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose wit for Construction of Road Over Bridge

at km 559/700-800 in lieu of existing level crossing LC-424 in between Sivakasi-Thiruthangal Railway Stations in

Keelathiruthangal and Thiruthangal Villages, Sivakasi Taluk of Virudhunagar District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Office (LA), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project-II, Corporation Over Water Tank Complex, Dindigul Road (KPN Parcel Service Opposite), Tiruchirappalli-620001,

may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to

be acquired for industrial purposes to wit to 'Viaduct 3 Kaliamman Kovil Street Road Widening’ and it having

already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands

controlled or managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section

3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring 37 Sq.mt (or) 398.268 Sq.ft to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

'Viaduct 3 Kaliamman Kovil Street Road Widening’.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Chennai Collector, Taluk Office – Aminjikarai & Mambalam

and Special District Revenue Officer L.A., Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. Nandanam, may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an Extent of

119361 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Bypass Road across Dindigul Town
